Contract Terms & Conditions

A. Baggage

Baggage will not be checked.
Personal baggage, musical instruments , athletic equipment, and other paraphernalia, limited to the capacity of the vehicle, will be transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charge.
Liability for loss or damage of baggage will be limited to. Fifty dollars ($50.00) for each passenger if such loss is due to the fault or negligence of the carrier

B. Objectionable Persons

Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of himself or herself, or who shows conduct which is such, or is likely not be such, as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers.

EXCEPTION: The above rule does not apply to persons who are ill and are accompanied by an attendant or nurse.

C. Animals

No animals of any type will be carried, except seeing-eye dogs accompanying their master.

EXCEPTION: Pets will ONLY be allowed on board when it is in a pet carrier and after a mutual agreement with the driver is reached.

D. Carrier’s liability

Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by Acts of God, public enemies, authority of Law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strike, and the hazards or danger incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, snow storms, and other conditions beyond its control, and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time. Carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agents or employees, but it is not guaranteed.
If any condition(s) mentioned in subsection a) above make it in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate equipment, neither from the place of origin or any point en route, the carrier shall not be liable therefor, or caused to be held liable for damages for any reason whatsoever

Wait Time Charges

We provide a complementary grace period for our ground transportation services, differing in length depending on the service. For wait times that extend longer than the grace periods below, clients will be billed in 15 minute increments of their vehicle’s hourly rate for any time after the grace period.

Fraction of hour will be billed in 15 minutes increments for sedans and SUVs. Rates do not include tolls, parking and 20% gratuity. Rate subject to change without notice. Holidays and blackout dates apply

NOTE: Due to the highly increase in gasoline prices, additional gas surcharges will apply for all trips going out of Washington, DC metro are.

Additional Stops

$15.00 per stop for Sedans and SUVs. (Subject to restrictions – Ask for details)

Greeter service:

$40.00/Hour (1 hour minimum) plus any parking fees for 1 flight and 1 vehicle. $45.00/Hour (4 hours minimum) pus any parking fees for multiple flights or multiple vehicles.

Child seat:

$20.00; Multiple child seats will require only one $20.00 fee. Convertible car seats and booster seats available; (Passengers are not required to use car seats in For-Hire Vehicles).

Flower service:

$20.00 Service fee plus Price of flowers

Red carpet:

$20.00 per reservation
